Can you guess what that is? No, I’m not going to tell you either. I’ve never seen patterns appear like this there before which makes it all the more surprising. I’m just sitting minding my own business and then I notice this awesome patterning. I grab my little camera and manage to get a really nice shot too. This is all of what I’m about, you’ve got to spend time looking around the world you live in, you don’t need to travel different places to take good pictures. You have to stop and take in the world around you. When I was doing TA work at Elmhurst College for my photography professor students would also plan trips to the city or to parks and forest preserves to take pictures of assignments. I would tell them all the time that they could complete the course with an A and never travel further than 4 blocks around the college. Traveling to new places makes it easier to see the things around you because they’re all new. All you have to do it change your perspective and you’ll find worlds of new things just out from your door step. Try it some time.
